Digital products are not eligible for refund or return, due to their immediate availability upon purchase.
Upon purchase, you will have access to the products, and cannot be returned.
If you have any problem with your downloads, we will be happy to help you gain access to your purchase.
You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to download your products, so please ensure you have downloaded them before that time.
Physical Products
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
